Dyson Energy Services is a leading national installer of insulation, heating solutions, and renewable technologies. Over the past four decades, we estimate to have installed over 3 million energy-saving measures in UK homes, proudly reducing householder’s carbon emissions and energy bills, as well as playing our part in helping to tackle fuel poverty in local communities. Dyson Energy Services also has nationally recognised supply-only and specialist product divisions.

We have an enviable reputation for setting the standards in delivering excellent customer service and quality for our clients for over 40 years, including private homeowners, social housing providers, local authorities, house builders, commercial organisations, principal contractors, and energy suppliers.

Setting the standards to enable householders to understand their energy use, improve the thermal performance of their homes, and develop more sustainable behaviour has been at the heart of Dyson’s work since we were founded over 40 years ago. However, our ongoing work to support low-income households to access grants and funding for energy efficiency measures and an increasing interest in the national climate emergency means we need to expand our capacity in this area following significantly increased demand for our services.

The role of the Retrofit Coordinator(s) is a permanent position to work alongside our employed Retrofit Assessors that are strategically nationally positioned.

The main focus of this role will be supporting both householders and assessors through the retrofit journey from assessment to completion of work and aftercare. This will include the provision of direct support to identify which retrofit measures are needed and suitable to achieve energy bill savings and emissions reductions; helping vulnerable low-income households who are trying to access measures through the ECO in both the private and social housing sectors.

We are looking for a candidate(s) who is an excellent communicator, with a deep understanding of retrofitting domestic insulation energy measures and managing, who is keen to join a busy team at Dyson’s Head Office.

You will be a fully qualified PAS 2035 Retrofit Coordinator with a minimum of 5-year experience in the Insulation sector. ECO experience is also essential.
