The Connected For Warmth Scheme provides funding for cavity wall insulation for homes in Council Tax Bands A-D. Dyson Energy Services provides the installation in postcodes across the country and you can check to see if you’re eligible here. If you require installation outside of those council tax bands you may still be viable for free cavity wall installation through a different scheme. If you aren’t eligible for funding, we can arrange a survey and provide you with a quote.

What types of grants are available?
There are various methods of funding available to all households in the UK. Find out what you could be eligible for by applying online.
FREE Loft Insulation
An energy efficiency known as the Connected for Warmth Scheme, offers fully funded, free loft insulation to households in Council Tax Bands A – D. The scheme also offers eligible households fully funded cavity wall insulation, if your home is suitable. Households that qualify can have one or both of these energy efficiency measures. This scheme is open to owner-occupiers and private tenants/private landlords. Dyson Energy Services is proud to be one of the delivery partners.
Households will need to have a survey to check property suitability.
Solar Panel Grants
These type of Solar Panel grants may be available to households who meet certain criteria. You’re usually eligible if you or someone in your home receives benefits and lives in an energy inefficient home. Grant schemes we can access on your behalf are ECO4 and LAFLEX. You may also qualify for other home warming measures such as external & internal wall insulation.
Air Source Heat Pump Grants
There are two grants homeowners can access to help fund an Air Source Heat Pump installation. A £7,500 voucher is available from the government as part of the Boiler Upgrade Scheme and viable applicants may also access ECO4/LAFLEX schemes. Central Heating Grants
If a property has no type of central heating, then funding could be available to install a brand-new heating system for the first time. Grants can be applied for on the homeowner’s behalf through the ECO4 or LAFLEX schemes. To find out who is eligible for 1st time central heating installation, use the button below.
Internal & External Wall Insulation
Internal & external wall insulation grants are also available as part of the ECO4/LAFLEX schemes, which means you may have to be receipt of certain benefits to qualify. The qualifying critiera may vary, depending on any local council initiatives.

The Great British Insulation Scheme
The government’s Great British Insulation Scheme (GBIS) aims to support the least energy-efficient homes in the UK and is open to households who meet a set of criteria. The criteria depend on your circumstances but include things like council tax band, the Energy Performance Certificate rating of your home, and/or if you receive a benefit.
Funding of £1 billion is available through the GBIS home insulation grant and the government is aiming for more than 300,000 households to benefit.
