COVID-19: Continuing to keep our customers safe
{July 2021}
Although the Government has taken the decision to move forward to step four of the roadmap and lift most of the COVID-19 restrictions from today, COVID-19 still presently is a risk within our communities. That’s why Dyson Energy Services will continue to keep the COVID-19 health and safety measures in place, to keep our customers and our employees safe.
The health and safety of both our customers and our employees remain our highest priority. In this blog, we have outlined the top 4 key measures we will continue to implement, including the use of PPE, regular testing, hand sanitising and social distancing measures.
1. Use of PPE
All of Surveyors, Engineers and Installers will continue to wear a mask and gloves. Additionally, they will wear over-shoes which will also act as an added protection against Covid-19 transmission, but also help keep your floors clean.
2. Social distancing
Social distancing is key, in reducing the likelihood of transmission, and therefore our surveyors, Engineers and Installers will always, keep 2 meters apart from anybody in the property.
3. Sanitizer
All our Surveyors, Engineers and Installers will Clean their hands with sanitizer gel before they access a customer’s property and after they leave the property.
Any equipment used at each survey, including iPad and clipboard, will continue to be cleaned after each survey with sanitising wipes.
4. Regular testing
We will continue to regularly test all customer facing employees, to ensure we are keeping everyone safe.
