Annette joined the business as HR Manager in 2018 and has a passion for working with people and teams across the business.  A qualified member of the CIPD, Annette brings a wealth of HR experience to Dyson Energy Services, with over 24 years working in HR within Security, Healthcare and Energy sectors.

In Annette’s role as HR Manager, she provides all aspects of generalist HR duties, including ER, HR best practice, and professional advice around employment law matters to support the Managers in various locations across the country.  Annette also is responsible for ensuring two payrolls are maintained and processed in a timely manner.
