Jeanette has over 8 years of experience in the energy efficiency industry, having previously worked for Dyson Energy Services as Office Manager and Depot Manager.  In 2020, after 5 years working as an Account Manager in the PPE industry looking after both national and local accounts, Jeanette joined the Dyson team again as Project Manager.

In her current role, Jeanette oversees the effective and efficient delivery of projects in the Midlands and South of England, whilst delivering a streamline experience for our clients.  She ensures we have the resources to complete the project, oversees the resident journey by making sure the planning of surveys and installations are within timelines, meeting and exceeding client expectations, as well as meeting project KPIs.
