During his 13 years with Dyson in the energy efficiency industry, Michael has gained extensive knowledge and experience across all areas of the business, having widely delivered successfully in a number of key roles including field-based operations as well as depot, regional management and business development. This includes successfully delivering large scale projects in retrofit for blue chip clients nationally.

Michael was formally Head of Business Development and was the principal point of contact for clients and supply chain partners across the UK. He was instrumental in overseeing and delivering on the company’s vision, not only overseeing business development and the marketing function, but also in achieving commitments from an operational delivery perspective.

Recently, Michael has been appointed as Director of Operations. Working closely with the senior and regional management team across the UK, Michael will be focusing on ensuring we deliver against all projected targets to the highest possible standards during a very exciting and significant growth period for the business.

Michael’s additional council roles at CIGA and IAA CS board, demonstrates his commitment to collaborate across the industry and enables him to share his expertise and knowledge to support the industries responsibilities to provide the very best levels of delivery practice and consumer protection. He has been a valued member of the team since 2009.
