Victoria started her career with Dyson Energy Services back in 2013, on a work trial through the Job Centre and joined the team an Administrator.

With over 9 years’ experience and various roles within the organisation, Victoria has acquired a breadth of knowledge across planning, team management and contract management.

Victoria was promoted to Project Manager and is now responsible for overseeing the delivery of contracts in the North of England, which span across a range of energy-saving measures including renewables, insulation and heating.

In her current role as Project Manager, Victoria oversees the effective and efficient delivery of projects, whilst delivering a streamline experience for our clients.  She ensures we have the resources to complete the project, oversees the resident journey by making sure the planning of surveys and installations are within timelines, meeting and exceeding client expectations, as well as achieving project KPIs.

She has a passion for building relationships, client engagement and communication.
