We have an enviable reputation for setting the standards in delivering excellent customer service and quality for our clients for over 40 years, including private homeowners, social housing providers, local authorities, house builders, commercial organisations, principal contractors, and energy suppliers. The role of the Retrofit Coordinator(s) is a permanent position to work alongside our employed Retrofit Assessors that are strategically nationally positioned. The main focus of this role will be supporting both householders and assessors through the retrofit journey from assessment to completion of work and aftercare. This will include the provision of direct support to identify which retrofit measures are needed and suitable to achieve energy bill savings and emissions reductions; helping vulnerable low-income households who are trying to access measures through the ECO in both the private and social housing sectors. We are looking for a candidate(s) who is an excellent communicator, with a deep understanding of retrofitting domestic insulation energy measures and managing, who is keen to join a busy team at Dyson's Head Office.
